If your emergency is out of office hours please email firstname.lastname@example.org at all times. This alerts our team who can react immediately on the trades listed below once authorized. If for some reason you do not get a reply please contact the below trades direct. Please be aware using unauthorized trades will be at your own risk financially.
Once your landlord approves the job request, a quote will be obtained from our suppliers, in most cases this may require a home visit. In some cases more than one quote is required and it may take up to five working days for the landlord to give approval to proceed. Once approved your maintenance issue will be categorized as priority status below and dealt with accordingly.
Where the issue is caused by the actions or inactions of the tenant, they may be expected to pay the cost of any associated invoices.
Please also note that if your property has a garden, you are responsible for the maintenance.
